I'm Tammy Pacheco,

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Master Certified Life Coach.  I have also had careers as a Controller for a mid-size regional software firm, Executive Director for a crisis pregnancy center and a Realtor.

In 2003, after taking a few years off to be a full time mom to our son, I pulled my real estate license back down from the state and began to build what would become a six-figure real estate practice.  Being a young mom, I wanted to be present for his life, so I built my practice around the times he was in pre-school and on the weekends when my husband could watch him.  Because of this commitment, I had to be intentional with every moment I spent building my practice.  I mastered the best strategies for growth and after several years I was mostly a referral based practice, where almost everyone I worked with were direct referrals from past clients or friends.

By 2015, I was desiring to make more of a difference in individuals' lives and started to make the shift to becoming a therapist.  I attended graduate school for counseling and continued to sell real estate.  My business sustained this endeavor, as the referrals continued to feed my practice.  

In 2017, I founded my counseling practice and utilized the same systems, with some tweaks, to build a profitable private practice.  I share this so you understand, I know how to build businesses.  And now, almost ten years later I am prepared to show you how to build the practice of your dreams, utilizing the systems and strategies that helped me excel in two industries.  I promise, selling does not have to be yucky.  And believe it or not, it really comes down to numbers.
